At Only Ethikal, we believe that we are part of a community that wishes to do better for the environment and humanity through our work.

As part of our mission to give back, we are partnered with 1% for the planet, which is an organization that connects businesses with NGO's who are verified and aims to help fund environmental projects or uplift people in need. 1% for the Planet members can contribute to nonprofit partners that support the issues and communities that matter most to them. 

We are proud to say that we have fulfilled our commitment by contributing 1% from our 2020 earnings to NYDHEE, i.e. Network for youth development and Healthy Environment, based in India.

NYDHEE is an organization that supports people in the rural parts of Odisha in India. They utilized our contributions to provide food and other essentials to vulnerable groups - daily wage workers, people affected with leprosy, rickshaw pullers etc., who were the worst hit due to COVID 19. The organization also works towards providing relief and support to the needy, distributing food kits among the affected families. NYDHEE also provides sanitation kits and conduct COVID Awareness campaigns on hand washing and social distancing in various locations in the rural region.

COVID-19, has taken lives and disrupted livelihood of many, especially those who come from the the marginalized communities in India, we chose to contribute to NYDHEE to make a positive impact and give hope to some who have limited resources and opportunities.
