It’s a two-tier dress with sixteen panels & gathered tier at the bottom with flounce sleeves. Detailed coral motifs are hand embroidered on the front panels & sleeves using techniques like sujani & kantha in silk threads of grey & lighter pink tones. Also, an addition of intricate french knots. This collection is an assorted range of textiles & handspun fabrics sourced from Banaras, Islampur, Murshidabad & quaint villages of India. The inspiration for the embellishments & embroideries has been derived from the artist Huguette Caland and her work over the years.
