These are zero-waste pleated pants with front pleats, side pockets and a front opening.

Fabric scraps from our production unit are sorted in light and dark coloured scraps. The darker color scraps are patched back to create this fully embroidered fabric to the exact size of the jacket. It takes upto 27 hours of fair artisanal work to create each jacket with love and care. It also helps us get closer to our goal of being zero waste.

The piece is Upcycled using factory waste. The fabric is collected, cleaned, paneled to create this style. Each piece may come with an extra embroidery or patch but the overall look and feel of the piece is not changed. These pieces are a part of a limited edition collection, stock is made till the raw material is available.

At Doodlage, they upcycle factory waste into short limited edition collections. Recycle post consumer waste and post cutting scraps  into new fabrics to create season-less well finished garments made for longevity. Their own waste is segregated and converted into accessories, soft furnishing products and paper to make packaging or stationery products. All pieces and fabrics are made with ethical production units and our packaging is designed to be plastic free.
